A great article on NPR that compares the current feud between The Game and Jay-Z with world politics. Jay-Z plays the role of the lone superpower (the U.S or 19th century UK) and The Game is the upstart power trying anything to poke out the superpower’s eye (North Korea).
Etiquette of the Dive Bar →
Pretty good collection of etiquette tips from Metro Times for hanging out in dive bars. I had never heard of all the uses for the tip rail.
My one beef with the article is the collection of Metro Detroit dive bars at the end of the article. I’m not sure I would call the Box Bar in Plymouth a dive bar. Sure, they don’t have a fancy atmosphere, but I’m not sure many dive bars...
